Safety concerns are pressing. the unit lacks smoke detectors, and the railing banisters are spaced wider than 3.5 inches. The deteriorating steps pose significant fall risks, and the deck joists do not meet proper building codes. Additionally, trip hazards in the common areas are over an inch high, which could lead to mishaps. It’s unfortunate, given the potential this place has.
